For Hypothermia, move the victim out of the cold, if the victim can swallow then give warm liq, pinauids, do not massage. Call 911
In frost bite the skin and tissue freeze. Usually they are the ears , fingers, feet and nose. The signs usually are blue pale cold skin, Numbness, pins and needles
Treat: Move the victim out of the cold. Cover with warm blanket.Remove jewelry.
Avoid breaking blisters.

Also, you don’t want to re-warm the body too quickly because the body can go into shock.
